不同时期木瓜叶中齐墩果酸的提取工艺研究

Study on Optimum Extraction Process of Oleanolic Acid from leaves of Chaenomeles spciosa

摘要 为了研究木瓜叶中齐墩果酸的最佳提取条件,采用正交实验法,以超声波预处理时间、提取时间、叶子种类、料液比为影响因素,以齐墩果酸得率为指标优选提取工艺。最佳提取条件为超声波预处理时间40 min,提取时间90 min,叶子种类成叶,料液比1:10。按照本试验方法得到较高的提取率。木瓜成叶中的齐墩果酸最有提取价值。 The best extraction of oleanolic acid from the leaves of Chaenomeles spciosa was carried out with orthogonal experiment.Time of immersion,time of extraction,the kind of leaves and ratio of material to liquor were used as indexes.The optimum technology was chosen by determining the oleanolic acid yield rate.The optimal process for oleanolic acid extraction was that the time of immersion was 40 min,the time of extraction was 90 min,the kind of leaf was mature and the ratio of material to liquor was 1:10.
