From the connotation proceeded with Marxist practice theory,Marxist economic basis and superstructure theory and Marxist human comprehensive development theory,the philosophical foundation of ’Thought Morals Tutelage and Legal Foundation’ course is analyzed.The analysis shows that understanding and grasping the philosophical foundation of ’Thought morals tutelage and legal foundation’ course in depth is an urgent need to learn and master this new curriculum.
