我国环境犯罪问题研究

Study on Environmental Crime in China

分析了当前我国环境犯罪的刑法规制方面的不足,为实现我国社会经济的可持续发展,一定要树立预防与保护的立法理念,加大对环境犯罪者的制裁力度,扩大对危害环境行为追究刑事责任的范围,只有这样,环境保护和经济发展才能共同促进、共同发展。

This paper analyzed the current deficiencies in the criminal law and regulation for environmental crime in China and proposed the prevention and protection legislation idea to increase the intensity of sanctions against environmental crime and the environmental-harm behaviors should be investigated for criminal responsibility for the environmental protection and economic common development.
