Vocational college printing professionals not only have a certain accumulation of theoretical knowledge,but also have a strong practical ability and innovation ability.This paper analyzes the problems in vocational printing professional personnel training and puts forward the printing professionals’ training strategy to provide the reference for training the printing professionals.
