摘要
通过对比中国人和韩国人对待工作的不同表现,在内向反思的基础上,提出了工作中的"有知"与"善行"的概念,并讨论了在工作中如何做到"有知"和"善行",从员工的角度指出了围绕执行力提高我们应该努力迁善的方向。
By comparing the different manifestation during work between Chinese and South Korean,the concept of "knowledge" and "action" during work has been put forward based on the rethinking profoundly,how to acquire the "knowledge" and "action" during work has been discussed,and the direction of our efforts around improving executive force has been pointed out.
