摘要
金属离子掺杂能提高TiO<sub>2</sub>在可见光区的光催化活性,是TiO<sub>2</sub>改性的一种重要方法。综述了金属离子掺杂纳米TiO<sub>2</sub>的制备方法、分类、机理及其在污水处理方面的应用,并对以后的研究方向进行了展望。
By sol-gel method vanadium nitride double of the elements of the nanometer TiO2 doping,and the methylene blue degradation process.By XRD,XPS,UV-Vis methods,such as the preparation of the structure and properties of the samples of characterization.The results show that the total doping can improve vanadium nitride TiO2 light catalytic performance,after doped catalyst light response range happened redshift,visible light degradation process methylene blue active strengthening.
