Qian Xuesen,as a famous scientist,he not only committed to the development of science and technology of China,but also formed his own scientific education thought in practice.Based on the research of his all-round education concept,this article analyzed his education thought of great wisdom and provided a new way of thinking for us through the reform of current teaching and learning mode to cultivate the high quality talents for social development.
