SWOT-PEST analysis is a kind of strategy analysis method that can effectively identify advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges.Through the analysis,the internal conditions of Beijing city in the development of sports industry are favorable location environment,solid economic foundation,rich sports events,sports sound infrastructure,institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions gathered and other advantages,there are also sports industry accounted for the proportion of GDP small,irrational industrial structure,lack of talents and sports management sports management system and other prominent problems of multiple unfavorable factors,and the external conditions are the introduction of new industrial park construction planning,income continued to increase,the sports consumption demand and many good opportunities for development,but also facing the challenges of post Olympic Valley effect constraints,the international well-known sports brand impact and declining in air.To realize the sustainable development of Beijing sports industry we should work on the national fitness,personnel training,creating the international brand and improving the development of sports industry environment and other aspects.
