The Construction Supply Chain System Based on the General Contractor

由于建筑市场的竞争愈演愈烈,企业开始注重相互之间的整合,在建筑业中运用供应链管理的思想是行业整合的必然要求。在介绍了建筑供应链发展现状和大型工程承包模式的基础上,对建筑供应链中的信息管理、物流管理和风险管理进行了介绍,并围绕总承包商在供应链中的作用,提出了一些改进建筑供应链管理的方法。

Because of the fierce competition in construction industry,many enterprises begin to focus on the integration between each other.It is inevitable to apply the principle of supply chain management in the construction industry.This paper based on describing the status of construction supply chain and contracting model of large-scale projects,introduced the information management,logistics management and risk management in construction supply chain,and finally focused on the role of general contractor in the supply chain,the paper proposed some measures to improve the construction supply chain management.
