日本高等教育管理政策与国公、私立大学学士课程教育改革的思路及探讨

从日本高等教育管理机构的政策性文件考察入手,以了解近年日本高等教育管理机构对国公、私立大学的学士课程教育改革的要求和建议。在日本各大学高等教育研究专家的相关论文研究中,发现日本各大学实际情况以及针对政策性文件所做的反馈及建议。从以上考察的结果中,发现中国高等教育改革步伐已基本与日本同步。在我国高等教育改革中,民办大学学士课程教育改革也同样正在进行,其方向性、具体方法需要参照和借鉴先进国家的经验。

Number of institutions of higher education management from Japan policy documents,three aspects to understand Japanese higher education management institution in recent years of private university undergraduate curriculum education reform frenzy requirements and suggestions.From Japan’s higher education research at the university of experts in the related research papers,found that the Japanese universities actual situation and the research in policy documents feedback and Suggestions.From the above investigation results,found that the pace of reform of higher education in China has basically synchronous with Japan.In the reform of higher education in our country,private university undergraduate curriculum education reform are also ongoing,its direction,practice also need reference to advanced countries experience and reference.
