Fe3BO6氨化法制备氮化硼纳米管

Synthesis of Boron Nitide Nanotubes by Annealing Fe3BO6

摘要 介绍了一种以Fe3BO6为反应前驱体制备氮化硼纳米管的新方法。制备得到了形貌均一,分散均匀的BNNTs。XRD和FTIR分析说明,所制备的BNNTs有很高的纯度和结晶度,其长度大于10μm,管径均匀,外径小于150 nm。 In this thesis,BNNTs were synthesized by annealing of porous precursors Fe3BO6 with NH3atmosphere at 1 150 ℃.The BNNTs had a well-crystallized hexagonal phase with diameters less than150 nm and lengths more than 10 μm in average.
