双组分改性蒙脱土对亚甲基蓝吸附研究 被引量:1

Study on Adsorptive Decolourization of Methylene Blue by Two-Component Modified MMT

摘要 蒙脱土在处理有机污染废水中有着广泛的用途,为了进一步提高蒙脱土的吸附脱色性能,制备了偏钒酸铵/TiO2/蒙脱土复合催化剂,并对亚甲基蓝的吸附脱色性能进行了研究。结果表明催化剂的投入量、吸附时间、煅烧时间对亚甲基蓝的脱色效果都有很大影响,在最佳条件下,亚甲基蓝的脱色率高达98%。 Montmorillonite has a wide range of uses in the treatment of organic contaminated wastewater.In order to improve the quality of the montmorillonite to better meet the application requirements, ammonium metavanadate/TiO2/MMT composite material was prepared to improve adsorptive and decolorant capability of MMT. The adsoptive decolourization behavior of the prepared material to methylene blue was studied. The results indicated that the amount of catalyst, adsorption time and calcination time had a major effect on decolorization rate. The degradation rate of the TiO2/MMT composite material to methylene blue reached up 98% under the optimized conditions.
