摘要
教师是高校教育之本,是办学的主体,是人才培养的关键。探究教师专业发展的途径和方法,是落实教育'回归本分'和教师'回归初心'的有力保障。通过搭建服务平台、完善制度建设、摸准培训需求、借力信息化手段等措施,构建了'四级'培训体系和全员立体混合式培训模式,健全了培训效果评价和激励机制,设计实施了大量的培训项目,建立了丰富的网络课程资源库,引领教师成为学习者、研究者,激发了教师的教学教研热情和工作成就感,教师的专业发展步入正轨,教学改革成效初显。
Teachers are the foundation of higher education, the main body of running a school, and the key to talent training. Exploring the ways and means of teachers’ professional development is a powerful guarantee to implement the 'return to duty' of education and teachers’ 'remain true to the original aspiration'. Through building service platform, improving the system construction, understanding training needs,leveraging information technology and other measures,the hybrid training mode of 'four level'training system for all staff is constructed to improve the training effect evaluation and incentive mechanism, design and implement a large number of training programs, establish a network of curriculum resource, lead teachers to become researchers and learners, stimulate the enthusiasm and a sense of achievements of teaching and research work of teachers, and the teachers’ professional development steps into right path and the effectiveness of teaching reform previews.
