摘要
班干部的选拔和培养直接影响着班风建设和班级管理。特别是对于新生班级,如何在较短的考察期内选拔出高素质的班干部队伍,如何慧眼识人,是摆在每名辅导员面前的一道难题。为了提高班干部选拔的准确性和有效性,笔者通过将九型人格理论引入班干部队伍选拔之中,以期实现人岗匹配,人尽齐用,最大限度实现人才培养效用。
The selection and training of class cadres affects class style and class management directly.How to select high-quality class cadres in a short period of study and how to be eye-catching are tws problems that every counselor faces especially for freshmen, In order to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the selection of class cadres, the author introduces the nine-type personality theory into the selection of class cadres in order to achieve the matching of people and positions, making the best use of personnel to maximize the effectiveness of personnel training.
