摘要
本文分析了外资并购的国际背景和推动因素,剖析了中国资本市场外资并购的机会和环境,预测了未来外资并购的六大趋势,阐明了建立和完善我国外资并购监管体系的迫切性,提出了以政府监管为核心,其他社会监督力量为补充的新观点。
This paper analyzes the background and motives of foreign investment, forecasts the six trends of cross-border M&A in the fortune, and interprets the necessity that China should establish an efficient system to supervise M&A. Finally, the author presents the new idea about the system which consists of Chinese government--the core of supervising forces, and other non-governmental supervisors including industrial organizations, mass media and agencies.
