摘要
企业核心能力的本质是知识,组织学习是核心能力形成的源泉。本文首先构建了一个"能力塔"来说明组织学习与企业核心能力、竞争优势之间的关系,揭示了组织学习形成核心能力与竞争优势的中间机制,强调了整合与协调在核心能力形成中的支柱作用。接着,对核心能力形成中的组织学习过程进行了剖析,包括常规学习环、能力学习环和战略学习环的分析。
The essence of the core competence of a firm is knowledge, while organizational learning is the source of the formation of the core competence. Firstly, a 'capability tower' diagram is built to illustrate the relationship among the organizational learning, core competence and the competitive advantage. The intermediate mechanisms outlined the core competence's formation are revealed. The underpinning role of the coordination and integration in the process is emphasized. Next, another diagram is employed to translate the learning mechanisms into details. Three different learning loops toward acquiring the core competence are analyzed, which are routine learning loop, capability learning loop and strategic learning loop.
