胰岛素抵抗和血小板聚集在糖尿病伴冠心病中作用

摘要 目的:探讨糖尿病伴冠心病患者的血小板聚集及胰岛素抵抗状况,为临床治疗提供参考.方法:选取2016年11月~2017年4月我院收治的糖尿病患者100例,根据其是否合并冠心病分为观察组(43例,合并冠心病)、对照组(57例,未合并冠心病),对比两组的血糖、胰岛素、血小板等实验室指标,总结糖尿病伴冠心病患者的临床特点.结果:经比较,观察组的空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及血小板最大聚集率(LM-PA)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对于糖尿病患者而言,血小板聚集及胰岛素抵抗功能亢进与冠心病的发生及进展关系密切,在临床应加以重视及预防.
