摘要
斜带石斑鱼Epinepheluscoioides卵母细胞发育可分为6个时相,以卵母细胞在卵巢中组成的差异可以把卵巢发育划分为相应6个时期。测定了成熟雌鱼血清中雌二醇和睾酮含量的生殖周期变化,在生殖季节成熟雌鱼血清中雌二醇和睾酮含量最高。生殖季节成熟雌鱼的平均性腺成熟系数GSI显著高于其它月份,并且血清性类固醇激素水平的季节变化与性腺成熟系数的变化基本一致,都是在生殖季节达到最高峰。
The female gonadal development and levels of sex steroid of the protogynous Epinephelus coioide in the Daya bay of Guangdong province were studied. The oocyte development were divided into six phases: ①oogonia, ②oocyte with follicular epithelium consisting of a single layer of follicle cells, ③oocyte with adipose vesicle and yolk,④ oocyte filled with yolk, ⑤ oocyte with migratory nucleus,⑥ degeneration of oocyte. Based on the largest transverse section area occupied by different phase of oocytes, the development of gonad could be divided into six stages.The serum levels of oestradiol-17β(E_2) and testosterone(T) of mature females were measured seasonally by radioimmunoassay. Mean E_2 levels in females were higher in spawning season of May and June then in all other months; Mean T levels were also highest in May and June. The gonadosomatic index (GSI) was higher in spawning season; it was consistent with the change of serum sex steroid levels.
