乡村振兴战略下县域职业教育发展的路径研究——以河南省鲁山县职业教育发展为例

Research on the Path of County Vocational Education Development under the Rural Revitalization Strategy——Taking the Development of Vocational Education in Lushan County of Henan Province as an Example

十九大报告中提出了乡村振兴战略,职业教育的发展关乎乡村振兴。以乡村振兴战略下县域职业教育的发展为缘由,以河南省鲁山县职业教育发展为研究对象,从中发现鲁山县职业教育发展中面临的困境:职业学校规模小且结构单一,发展欠缺特色;职业学校办学水平远低于普通高中,致使招生困难;校企合作进展缓慢,缺乏资金来源。对其进行原因分析进而提出相应的路径:转变观念,重视职业教育发展;寻求职业教育发展特色,提高县域职业教育质量;政府政策扶持,积极推进校企合作。旨在为乡村振兴战略下县域职业教育发展有所启示。

The rural revitalization strategy is put forward in the 19 th Communist Party of China National Congress,vocational education development is related to rural revitalization.This paper takes the development of vocational education in Lushan County of Henan Province as the research object,and finds the dilemma faced in the development of vocational education in Lushan County,such as the small scale and single structure of vocational school and lack of characteristics;the lower teaching level than the ordinary high school and enrollment difficulties;slow progress of cooperation between school and enterprise and lack of fund.Therefore,we analysis the reasons and show the corresponding paths:change our mind and pay attention to the vocational education development;search for the development characteristics and improve the quality of county vocational education;policy support and promote the progress of cooperation between school and enterprise,aiming to give some enlightenment to the county vocational education development with the rural revitalization strategy.
