摘要
在教育社会学视角下,教师职业成长文化是高职教育文化研究的重要组成部分,它与课程文化、学习文化相互关联,密不可分,相互影响,共同构成了高职教育的教学文化,成为高职教育的精神文化的主要载体。实证调查研究发现,教师职业任务完成方式及成绩对教师职业成就感影响巨大。高职教育的类型特色,决定教师职业成长的突破口;高职院校的师生关系特点,决定教师职业任务完成的方法特点。从高职院校教师职业核心任务出发,提出从学会'化人'、学会科研、学会创新、学会融合四个方面构建高职院校教师职业成长路径。
In the perspective of educational sociology,the culture of teachers’career growth process is an important component of the research on vocational education culture.It bears a close relation to curriculum culture,learning culture.These three elements interact with each other and they constitute the teaching culture of higher vocational education and become the main carrier of higher vocational spirit and culture.On the basis of empirical research,we analyze the manifestation of teachers’sense of career achievement and the factors affecting it.Starting from the professional core tasks of teachers in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes to construct the career growth path of teachers in higher vocational colleges from the four aspects of learning to'humanize',learn to study,learn to innovate,and learn to integrate.
