离子掺杂钛酸锂的制备及其电容性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过向高温固相法制备的钛酸锂(Li_4Ti_5O_(12))掺杂Al^(3+)、Zr^(4+)、AlF_3进行离子掺杂改性,探究离子种类对材料性能的影响。采用XRD、恒流充放电、循环伏安以及交流阻抗等方法对4种样品进行结构和电化学性能表征。结果表明,3种离子的掺杂均可以提高(Li_4Ti_5O_(12))材料的电化学性能,其中AlF_3掺杂后的性能最好,比容量提升3倍以上,经200圈循环后比容量未出现明显衰减,容量保持率在95%以上。 In this paper,the effects of ion species on material properties were investigated by ion doping modification of lithium titanate doped Al3+,Zr4+and AlF3 prepared with high temperature solid phase method in laboratory.The structure and electrochemical properties of the four materials were characterized by methods of XRD,galvanostatic charge-discharge,cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance.The results showed that the doping of three ions could improve the electrochemical performance of lithium titanate materials.The performance of AlF3 doping was the best,the specific capacity was increased by more than three times and the specific capacity was not significantly attenuated after 200 cycles.The capacity retention rate was above 95%.
