顶岗实习是高职院校教学过程的重要组成部分,由学校、企业、学生三方共同参与,其管理主体多元、实习地点分散、实习内容多样等特点使得学生在顶岗实习中存在不少安全隐患。根据高职教育高素质技能型专门人才的培养规律,高职院校应该通过不断的探索和创新进一步完成行之有效的顶岗实习安全管理模式。

Internship is an important part of the teaching process for higher vocational education. It is taken part into by colleges, enterprises and students. Its characteritics such as diverse managing bodies, dispersed practical sites and diverse practising contents lead to many hidden dangers in students’ inernship. According to the training laws for high-quality skilled talents, higher vocational colleges are responsible for further perfection of safe managing mode for internship through continuing exploration and creation.
