当前,人们已经越来越重视公共权力行使的责任追究问题,高校管理推行问责制已经被提上日程。尽管目前构建高校问责制的体制和机制还不完善,尚处于起步阶段,但若能正确认识存在的困难,进行积极的探索和研究,将有助于推动高校问责制的建立。

Accountability ascertaining has presently received more and more attention in public power implementation. It has been on the agenda to carry out accountability system in colleges. Though it is in the initial and far from perfect, our corrects recogntion of its difficulties and active investigation are conducive to its construction.
