摘要
通过对省级、国家级职业院校技能大赛数控专业赛题相关知识点的梳理,整理归纳出历年赛题的共性点与个性点,将这些知识点按难易程度,通过螺旋式递升逐步融入日常教学设计。在此基础上,结合企业技术岗位需求与制造业发展趋势,提出了依托技能大赛提升数控技术专业建设的改革方案,并取得显著成效。
Through the hackling of related knowledge included in NC professional problems of provincial and national vocational skills contests, the commonness and individuality between these problems over these years are generalized. According to the degree of difficulty, knowledge points gradually merge into the daily teaching design through the spiral ascending order. On this basis, the reform plan of enhancing the NC speciality construction dependent on skill contests, in consideration of enterprise technical post requirements and development trend of manufacturing industry, was presented and has achieved remarkable results.
