摘要
女大学生就业时,往往会遭受到用人单位各种各样的歧视。究其原因,既有目前我国立法方面不完善的因素,也有行政执法不到位和司法保障缺陷等方面原因。深入研究其现状及其产生的原因,探讨完善女大学生平等就业权的法律保障,既有理论意义又有实践价值。
Female undergraduates more often than not suffer from a variety of employment discrimination in job markets. The reasons include current imperfection in legislation, halfway in enforcement;judicial protection defects, and so on. Deep exploration into situations and causes and discussion on the legal guarantees to female undergraduates’ right of equal employment, have both theoretical and practical values.
