社会工作伦理课程导入体验式学习的行动研究 被引量:1

摘要 社会工作价值观和伦理教育的课堂教学中需要导入体验式学习以弥补传统的接受式学习的不足。体验式学习的行动研究包括:确定在课堂教学中导入体验式学习的问题;制定包括主题游戏、团体讨论和书面材料等学习和评估方法的倡导计划;通过典型性课堂案例说明计划实施和考察研究的过程;反思其中影响"体验到位"的因素并提出相应的解决办法。最后的评估显示行动研究具有良好的效果,也存在一些不足之处。 The experiential learning is needed to be used in classroom teaching of social work values and ethics in order to make up for the inadequacy of the traditional acceptance learning. Action research of experiential learning includes:determining problem introduced in experiential learning in classroom teaching;drawing up an advocating plan including learning and assessment methods such as themetic games, group discussions and written materials;illustrating the process of plan implementation and inspection through a typical classroom case;recollecting factors that affect“thorough experience”and putting forward the corresponding solutions. The final assessment shows that the action research has good effects as well as some disadvantages.
