美国社区学院校企合作的特点及启示——以雷恩社区学院为例

Characteristics and Enlightenment of College-enterprise Cooperation in American Community Colleges------Taking Lane Community College as an Example

植根于社区、服务于社区是美国社区学院的基本定位,校企合作是美国社区学院的基本办学形态,研究者以雷恩社区学院为例介绍了美国校企合作的特点,并从我国职业院校校企合作的现状出发,分析目前我国职业院校校企合作存在的主要问题,从政府、企业、学校三个层面提出建议。

American Community Colleges are basically rooted in and provided service for communities. College-enterprise cooperation is the basic type of operation for community colleges. By taking Lane Community College as an example, the researcher disclosed its characteristics, analyzed on the main problems in the cooperation on the basis of the operational situation and pushed forward the relevant suggestions from three levels of government, enterprise and college.
