摘要
由于硒元素对人体具有提高免疫力、抗衰老、抗癌等功效,近年来开发富含有机硒的补硒食品及药品已成为食品科学、医药学等领域的研究热点。本实验采用平板和摇瓶培养两种方式对10株优良杏鲍菇菌株进行了筛选。结果表明:X4和X10菌株在平板培养基中长势良好,菌落直径大;X1、X4、X9在三种富硒液体培养基中均长势好,菌球干重大。由于X4菌株在黄豆粉培养基中菌球大小均匀,接种至含硒栽培料后发菌速度较快,因此选用X4菌株为进一步研究菌株。
It has been a research hotspot in the fields of food science and pharmacology to develop the edible and medicinal Se-enriched products in recent years because of the effects of selenium such as improving immunity, anti-aging and antic-ancer. In this research,Ten strains ofPleurotus eryngii were screened by use of solid and liquid media containing selenium. The results indicate that the growth of X4 and X10 were better than other strains in solid medium and their colony diameter were larger; the growth of X1, X4 and X9 grew better than other strains in liquid medium and their dry weight were bigger. X4 were selected as the experimental strain because the size of the mycelial pellets of X4 in soybean meal medium were uniform and it grew fast in substratum.
