南京大屠杀遇难同胞纪念馆通过展列图文,再现历史史实,旨在向国际社会彰显国家立场,具有深刻的教育意义。然而,馆内图文资料的日语译文,却存在多处偏误。除却因工作人员疏忽、大意造成的错字、漏字、漏译和加译等显而易见的问题,词汇选用、译文建构和组织方面的疏虞也不在少数。从话语翻译研究的视角,对馆内图文的日文译文的疏漏进行分类归纳和分析,旨在提请相关部门重视,从而使国家话语得到合理阐释。

The Memorial Hall of the Victims in Nanjing Massacre by Japanese Invaders reproduces historical facts through displaying pictures and texts with an aim to highlight the position of the country to the international society, which is of profound education significance. However, there are many errors in the Japanese translations for the pictures and texts in the museum. In addition to the obvious problems of typos, missing words, missing translation and additional translation caused by the negligence of staffs, there are also some carelessness in vocabulary selection, translation construction and organization. This paper will make classification, induction and analysis on the omissions of Japanese translation of pictures and texts in the museum from the perspective of discourse translation study so as to arouse attention from related departments and elaborate national discourse in a reasonable way.
