我国建筑工程施工安全的现状表明,我国建筑工程施工安全问题非常严峻。而建筑工程施工安全问题产生的根源在于三个"不到位":即思想认识和责任意识不到位、法制规范和技术规范不到位、安全施工经费不到位。当前,建筑行业要提高建筑工程施工安全,就必须落实安全目标、落实安全保证体系、做好安全防护、落实安全措施费的管理,以促进安全文明施工事业的不断发展,使安全文明成为企业发展的新常态。

At present domestic construction stratus of buildings reveals some serious problems in safety, whose roots from shortcomings in three aspects: consciousness in recognition and responsibility, legal and technical norms and fund for safe construction. Currently, the architectural industry should promote the safety of construction by carrying out goals in safety, making enough protective measures and well managing the fund for safe measures so as to develop construction work in a safe and civilized way and make safety and specification a new way of normal operation.
