摘要
单个专业市场的布局一般受交通区位、土地价格、周边用地性质、市场供需、聚聚基础、历史文化六个方面的因素影响,从而可系统的归纳出专业市场群的布局模式可分为综合型布局模式、交通与市场导向型布局模式、交通导向型布局模式和历史文化型布局模式等四类。本文正是通过对专业市场群的影响因素分析,进一步对芜湖市域专业市场群布局进行优化研究,旨在为芜湖市专业市场群的选址和改造提供建议。
The layout of one single professional market is usually affected by the traffic location, the land price, the surrounding land use, the supply-demand relationship of the market, the concentration foundation and the historical and cultural factors. These six elements lead to four systematic layouts of the professional market group, which are comprehensive layout mode, transportation and market oriented layout mode, transportation oriented layout mode and history & culture layout mode. Based on the analysis of influential factors for the professional market group, this paper contributes to an optimized research on the layout of the professional market group in Wuhu city, for the purpose of providing suggestions for the selection and improvement of market sites.
