通过收集、挖掘和分析高校学生生活、学习和心理等异常大数据,主动开展自杀干预成为可能,然而必然会产生与伦理规范的对立。本文论述了大数据技术在高校学生自杀危机预警中的重要性,对所带来的隐私保护、知情同意、出卖数据等问题进行分析,构建符合法律和时代要求的伦理规范,如提升伦理意识、加大对学生的隐私保护,重视数据收集的知情同意和自主选择以及加快大数据技术使用的立法进程。
