铁碳合金相图,在金属材料的研究和应用中有重要作用,也是应用最为广泛的知识点。铁碳合金相图横坐标Fe-Fe3C,但定义为铁和碳的二元合金更为合适。45号钢有中碳钢,优质碳素结构钢,易淬火钢,调质钢等不同叫法,它可以用于各种热加工工艺:铸造、锻造、焊接和热处理。在确定热加工工艺及参数时,都可以应用铁碳合金相图。

The abscissa of the phase diagram of Iron-Carbon alloy is Fe-Fe3 C, but it is better to be defined as binary alloy made up of iron and carbon. No. 45 steel can be called different names such as carbon steel, improved carbon structural steel, easily quenched steel, and hardened and tempered steel, and so on. It can be used in many kinds of hot working process: casting, forging, welding and heat treatment. The phase diagram of Iron-Carbon alloy can be applied in setting parameters of the hot working technology.
