高职中外合作办学的现状与对策研究——以地方技能型高水平大学建设为背景

On the Present Situation of Sino-foreign Cooperation in Education and Corresponding Countermeasures

高等职业教育领域的中外合作办学经过十余年的探索与实践,已经有了一定的规模和成效,但也存在教育目标取向单一、教育方法比较传统、专业设置过于重复、师资力量比较匮乏、人才评价不够全面等问题。在建设地方技能型高水平大学背景下,安徽省的中外合作办学要与时俱进,多措并举:构建科学的管理机制;实现多元化的教育目标,贯彻以人为本的教学理念;改变教学方法;加强专业课程合理设置;促进师资力量专业成长;构建科学人才评价体系;推进国际交流合作。

Sino-foreign cooperation in higher vocational education has developed into a certain scale with good effects through more than one decade of exploration and practice, while there are still some problems to be solved such as a single educational orientation, relatively conservative educational methods, repeated professional arrangement, inadequate number of teachers, incomprehensive talent evaluation criterion, and so on. In this context, Sino-foreign cooperation in higher vocational education in Anhui Province should keep pace with the times and implement multiple measures such as establishing a scientific management mechanism, realizing pluralistic educational goals, carrying out a people-oriented teaching idea, transforming teaching methods, strengthening the professional curriculum setting, promoting the teachers' professional level, constructing scientific talent evaluation system and propelling international exchanges and cooperation.
