摘要 红树林内生真菌2524号,采自香港红树Avicenniamarina的种子中。从该菌的培养液提取物中分离得到两个新的神经酰胺:[2′,3′_dihydroxytetracosanolyamino]_1,3_dihydroxy_octadecane和[2′,3′_dihydroxydocosanoylami_no]_1,3_dihydroxy_octadecane,化合物的结构通过IR,1D和2DNMR,FAB_MS,ESI_MSn等实验确定。这两个化合物对肿瘤细胞系Bel_7402,NCI_4460和人体正常细胞系L_02不显示有意义的细胞毒性。 Two new ceramides, -1, 3-dihydroxy-octadecane and -1, 3-dihydroxy-octadecane, were isolated from the culture extract of an unidentified endophytic fungus (strain No.2524) separated from the seed of mangrove Avicennia marina of Hong Kong. Their structures were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic methods including IR, 1D and 2D NMR, FABMS, ESI-MS^n. These ceramides didn't exhibit significant cytotoxicity against the human cancer cell lines Bel-7402, NCI-4460 and the normal human cell lines L-02 in the preliminary cytotoxic activity investigation.
