涤纶织物在超临界二氧化碳中的染色实验 被引量:5

摘要 用超临界CO2 取代传统染色工业中的水作为染色介质 ,初步研究涤纶织物在超临界CO2 中的染色效果与染色的温度、压力和时间的关系。实验表明 ,控制温度实验在 12 0℃左右、压力在 16~ 18MPa之间、时间在 10~ 15min内可得到较好的染色效果。 Dyeing polyester fibers in supercritical carbon dioxide is a novel and environmentally satisfactory technique that may replace pollution generating and energy consuming conventional wet dyeing process.The relationships between the dyeing effects and the dyeing temperature,pressure and time were dealt with.The result showed that the desired dyeing effect can be obtained in 10 to 15 minutes under the pressure ranging from 16 to 18 MPa and the temperature at about 393K.
