摘要 在哺乳动物中 ,存在各种转谷氨酰胺酶 ,它们通过催化的酰基转移反应 ,使蛋白质发生修饰。它们参与了多种生理过程 ,同时和多种疾病相关 ,其中主要为炎症性疾病 ,神经退行性病变和肿瘤性疾病等三大类疾病。随着对其参与疾病的机理逐渐明了 。 Transglutaminases are widely distributed as a superfamily in many tissues in mammals.This type of enzymes catalyze the acyl transfer reaction between a γ carboxyamide group of glutamine and ε amine group of lysine or other primary amines,giving rise to the formation of γ glutamyl ε lysine peptide chain bridges.They can create high molecular weight polymers.These enzymes have relationship with a number of important physiological functions.And they contribute to a lot of human diseases,including inflammatory disease,chronic neurodegeneration and neoplastic disease.With the mechanism of disease we learn about,they begin to be used in therapeutics and diagnosis of diseases.
