摘要 动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病是危害人类健康的常见疾病之一。A类清道夫受体是动脉粥样硬化发生和发展过程中的主要参与者之一 ,介导巨噬细胞内吞修饰的低密度脂蛋白 ,形成泡沫细胞 ,有明显的致动脉粥样硬化作用 ,是治疗动脉粥样硬化的潜在靶点。另外A类清道夫受体还参与机体的防御过程。重点综述了A类清道夫受体各成员结构及其在动脉粥样硬化中的生理作用和在新药研发方面的应用与展望。 Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer in modern society and atherosclerosis is the major cause of this disease.Scavenger Receptor A (SR A) mediates the unlimited influx of modified low density lipoprotein (mLDL) into the macrophages and eventually leads to the formation of lipid filled foam cell,which is the hallmark of fatty streaks and atherosclerotic plaques in human disease and in animal models of atherosclerosis.The deletion of the MSR1 gene in the mouse has shown that this receptor serves a pro atherogenic function under hyperlipidemic conditions.Those above make SR A a potential target for atherosclerosis.In addition,SR A has been shown to be important in host defense. The structure of each member of class A(SR\|A), their function in atherosclerosis and their application, potential development in new drug screening were focused on.
