摘要
通过在聚合过程中加入含Si/MPC、MMA、BA粒径较小的单分散纳米种子乳液、制备出具有三元分散粒径分布的纳米乳液 ;研究了聚合动力学和OP - 10、SDS、HV2 5、APS用量及对乳液的反应速率 ;并探讨了第2种子及第 3种子乳液对乳液粒径及粒径分布等的影响。实验结果发现 ,该聚合反应过程中当加入第 3种子乳液得到三元分散粒径分布乳液且大粒子质量分数越来越低 ,粒径也越来越小 。
During polymerization through The addition of the fine and uni-dispersing Nano seed emulsion containing Si/MPC, MMA and BA, nanometer emulsion having three-dispersed diameter distributing was prepared. The polymerization-dynamics, the amount of OP-10, SDS, HV25 and APS and their effects towards emulsion reaction rate are investigated. The influence of the second and the third seed emulsion on emulsion diameter and diameter distributing is probed. Experiment results show that during the course of three-polymerization while adding the 3rd seed emulsion, the lower the mass fraction of larger particles, the smaller diameter, the better the stability of the emulsion can be obtained.
