摘要
为了促进现代医院的建设和发展,我院通过对医务人员的情商的培训,探索出适合我院实际的“医患沟通制”,提高了医疗质量,保障了医疗安全,维护了病人的合法权益。
In order to promote the development of modern hospitals, through developing emotional quotient of medical care providers in our hospital, we explored a mechanism to promote the 'communication between patients and physicians' conducted in the hospital, as a result, medical care quality has been improved, medical care safety has been guaranteed and legal rights/benefits of patients havebeen protected.
