鼻腔鼻窦鳞状细胞癌中PCNA和c-erbB-2的表达

A study of the Expression of PCNA and c-erbB-2 in Squamous Cell Carcinomas of the Nasal Cavities and Paranasal Sinuses

目的探讨增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和c-erbB-2蛋白在鼻腔鼻窦鳞状细胞癌中的表达情况,分析其与临床病理的关系。方法应用免疫组化LSAB(labelled streptavidin biotin)法对45例鼻腔鼻窦鳞癌进行检测,并用15例正常鼻腔黏膜进行对照。结果 PCNA和c-erbB-2蛋白在鼻腔鼻窦鳞癌各级中均有表达,与正常黏膜的差异有显著性意义,并且有随鳞癌分级的升高而表达增强的趋势。两者在鳞癌中的表达无显著的相关性。结论 PCNA和c-erbB-2蛋白的表达均能反映鼻腔鼻窦鳞癌的增殖活性,表达强度可反映鳞癌细胞增殖活性的高低。

Purpose To investigate the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)and c-erbB-2 in squamous cell carcinomas (SCC) of the nasal cavities and paranasal sinuses, and to explore the relationship between their expression and histopathological grade of the SCC. Methods An immunohistochemical analysis was made On 45 squamous cell carcinomas ( SCC) of the nasal cavities and paranasal sinuses,with 15 normal mucous used as control. Results There was weak PCNA and no c-erbB-2 expression in normal mucous, while both PCNA and c-erbB-2 expression were found in all grades of the SCC. There was trend of the increasing PCNA and c-erbB-2 expression with the increasing grade of histopathology of the SCC, while no relationship was found between PCNA and c-erbB-2 expression in the squamous cell carcinomas. Conclusion PCNA and c-erbB-2 expression in the squamous cell carcinomas. PCNA and c-erbB-2 expression can reflect the proliferation activity of the SCC.
