影响中国—东盟自由贸易区的有利因素 :区域经济一体化的世界性浪潮 ,中国和东盟在经济上的互相需要 ;阻碍因素 :中国威胁论 ,美国的影响 ,产品在国际市场的竞争性 ,吸引外资方面的竞争性。为了使中国—东盟自由贸易区进展顺利 ,我国政府应该采取积极对策 ,协调各方利益 ,尤其是调动东盟国家的积极性 ;还应该采取积极的国内政策 ,引导国内产业结构的调整和国际投资的流向 ;更要展望未来 ,为东亚一体化做好准备。

The favourable factors that influence China-ASEAN free trade area: the worldwide trend of regional economic integration and the mutual economic need of China and ASEAN. The factors that hinder its development: assertion of threat from China, US influences, competitiveness if products in the international market and competition in absorbing foreign investment. In order to enable China-ASEAN free trade area to develop smoothly, our government must adopt positive policies to coordinate the inlerests of the various parties, especially the initiative of ASEAN countries. It must also adopt positive domestic policies to guide the domestic industrial restructuring and the international investment flowing. Furthermore it must look forward to the future and get prepared for east Asian integration.
