Evans and Missirlis have proposed an iterative method called PSD method for solving sys-tems of linear cquations. They discussed its convergence and determined the optimal parameterunder the condition that the coefficient matrix A is symmetric positive definite. In this paperwe consider its convergence when A is a H-matrix.
