前列安栓治疗慢性前列腺炎综合征的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of Qian-Lie-An suppositoryin treatment of chronic prostatitis syndrome

目的 评估前列安栓在治疗慢性前列腺炎综合征中的临床疗效。方法 采用随机开放前瞻对照试验方法,将120例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为两组:前列安栓治疗组(A组)和常规治疗对照组(B组),分别采用前列安栓联用氧氟沙星或单用氧氟沙星治疗。以前列腺按摩液(EPS)检查和NIH前列腺炎症状评分作为评估手段,对每个患者随访4周观察临床疗效。结果 本研究中共有6例患者未能完成第2周的随访而退出试验,其中A组2例在第1周末因腹痛、腹泻拒绝进一步治疗,B组2例失访,2例因对疗效不满意而退出,其余病例均完成了4周的随访。结果显示:前列安栓治疗组临床痊愈10例(17.2％),显效20例(34.5％),有效19例(32.6％),总显效率51.7％,总有效率83.3％,明显优于对照组(总显效率和总有效率分别为31.7％和66.7％),P<0.01。结论 前列安栓直肠给药联合口服抗生素对慢性前列腺炎综合征具有较好的疗效。前列安栓直肠给药是治疗慢性前列腺炎的新选择。

AIM To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qian-Lie-An suppository (a Chinese patent medicine)via anal route administration in treatment of chronic prostatitis syndrome. METHODS A randomized, open-label,prospective,controlled trial was carried out during Jan.2002 and Dec.2002. 120 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups : 60 cases in trial group (group A) who would be treated with Qian-Lie-An suppository combined with Ofloxacin and the other 60 cases in the controlled group (group B) using Ofloxacin.The efficacy was evaluated by the WBC in the EPS and NIH chronic prostatitis symptom index after a four-weeks follow-up. RESULTS All but six cases had completed the trial and follow-up.It showed that recovery rate was 17.2%,notable effective rate 34.5%,effective rate 32.6%,overall marked effective rate 51.7%,overall effective rate 83.3% in group A. It was superior to that in group B (overall marked effective rate 31.7%,overall effective rate 66.7%,respectively),P<0.05.There was no other side-effect in all groups. CONCHUSION Administration of Qian Lie An Shuan via anal route combined with oral antibiotics is an effective therapy for chronic prostatitis syndrome. It can relieve the symptoms of chronic prostatitis syndrome markedly and rapidly. It is a new selection for treatment of the disease.
