摘要 氢气是一种具有治疗作用的医学气体,研究表明其具有抗氧化、抗炎和抗细胞凋亡效应,可选择性清除细胞毒性氧自由基,在缺血再灌注损伤、炎症性疾病、代谢综合征等多种疾病中发挥保护作用。本文就氢气的生物学效应、对结肠损伤的保护作用及其临床应用潜力作一综述。 Hydrogen is a therapeutic medical gas. Studies have shown that hydrogen has antioxidant,antiinflammatory and anti-apoptotic effects,selectively inhibiting cytotoxic oxygen free radicals,and playing a protective role in ischemia-reperfusion injury,inflammatory diseases,metabolic syndrome and various other diseases. In this article,the biological effect,protective effect on colon injuries and the potential of clinical application of hydrogen were summarized.
