摘要
在分析先进制造车间 (AdvancedManufacturingShopfloor ,AMS)计划、排程问题产生背景的基础上 ,构造了AMS生产计划、排程问题的集成功能模型。结合此模型 ,建立了AMS的作业分批与计划排程的数学模型 ,给出了求解此类问题的算法 ,仿真实例说明了该方法的有效性。
Based on the analyses of the production planning and scheduling, this paper constructs an integrated function model of planning and scheduling for Advanced Manufacturing Shop-floor (AMS). It presents the mathematical models suitable for task-batching, planning and scheduling of AMS. The simulation examples is given to show its efficiency.
