摘要
步进电机在不涉及伺服系统复杂反馈环路的情况下实现了良好的位置精度 ,这使其在定位控制系统中得到了广泛的应用。但是在传统的全步或者半步模式下 ,步进电机的分辨率受到电机结构的很大限制。本文介绍了一种设计方案 ,该方案在全桥电路底部和地之间接入一个检测电阻 ,控制流过电机绕组的电流 ,实现步进电机的微步控制。
Stepper motors are well suited for positioning applications for theirs good positional accuracy without complicated feedback loops associated with servo systems. However their resolution,when driven in the conventional full or half step modes of operation,is limited by the configuration of the motor. This article discussed implementation of micro-stepping drives using peak-detecting current control where the sense resistor was connected between the bottom of the bridge and ground.
