摘要
本文测试了带锯机锯条在单位脉冲激励下的振动响应和锯条在空载和负载情况下的锯条振动特性 ,试验表明锯条在单位脉冲激励下的振动响应可以较好地反映锯条在锯割过程中的动态锯割特征 ,文章最后分析了不同锯条厚度和张紧力情况下的锯条动态特征 ,说明适当提高锯条的张紧力和减小锯条厚度有利于提高锯机的锯割稳定性。
Studies were made on the vibration response of band-saw blade under the unit pulse and the vibration characteristics of band saw on the idle and load by experiment. Tests showed that the vibration response had a good relationship with the vibration characteristics and the stability of the band-saw blade,by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of blade under different stresses and thickness,conclusion could be made that the stability of the band saw could be improved by increasing some more strain and decreasing the thickness of blade.
