摘要
针对降压增流型开关液压源的效率受其高频单向阀启闭过程影响的问题 ,本文提出一种带回油背压的降压型开关液压源结构 ,主要介绍了该结构的工作过程 ,并给出回油背压对效率的影响的理论分析和仿真研究。结果表明增加适当的回油背压有助于系统效率的提高。
The efficiency of pressure buck switchmode hydraulic power supply is influenced by the switch course of the high-speed switch-valve. To solve this problem,a new structure of the pressure buck switchmode hydraulic power supply with return pressure was put forward. Its principle was introduced and the influence of the return pressure on the efficiency was analyzed through simulation. Results indicated that the introduction of proper return pressure was helpful to improve its efficiency.
