双压轮仿形旋压全自动机床的研制

Research on Aoutomatic Pressure of Two Verticil Profile Modeling Rotating and Pressing Automatic Machine Tool

本文针对凸台管件的特点 ,采用双压轮 (粗、精压轮 )对工件进行仿形旋压加工 ,开发与利用了滑阀随动装置、靠模板跟踪装置来保证其仿形精度 ,实践证明 ,该机床技术先进 ,质量可靠 ,值得推广应用。

Based on the characteristics of protruding pipe,the writers of this article have conducted profile modeling rotating and pressing process to the work piece by using pressure of two verticil(rough、meticulous pressure of two verticil),developed and utilized the following device of slide valve and that of mold plate to guarantee the precision of profile modeling. Experiments have proved this machine tool is advanced and reliable to be used widely.
